● Online tutoring sessions are delivered by carefully selected subject experts, with session durations adjusted to meet individual student needs. Each student is matched with the most suitable tutor, with a strong tutor-student connection being a key priority.
● To ensure the academic development of our students, we regularly obtain progress reports from their teachers. Based on these reports, we take appropriate actions in line with the teacher’s recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of private lessons and support the student's growth.

Working with students online

All HBA London tutors are experienced in online teaching and use platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Skype, which support screen sharing, file transfer, and virtual whiteboards.

● Tutors use subject-specific digital tools—such as graphing calculators, tablets, and digital pens—particularly in maths and science sessions, to demonstrate problem-solving processes clearly.
● Lesson notes and study materials are shared as PDFs for easy reference. Each student has a dedicated HBA London WhatsApp group to facilitate effective communication between the student, parents, tutors, and the HBA team.
● Tutors also integrate digital resources tailored to each lesson. These include the student’s school materials as well as teacher-recommended books, worksheets, educational websites, and learning apps.
